Criteria for Wholesale (WS) Account Holders:

• Possession of a valid ABN.
• Operations within the bicycle industry, encompassing sales or servicing of bicycles or related products.
• Operation from a physical storefront or an active, functional online store demonstrating product stock/availability. 

*Exclusions apply to home/garage setups and coaching services.

Criteria for Official Dealer (OD) Account Holders:

• Fulfillment of all Wholesale (WS) Account Holder Criteria.
• Willingness to maintain product inventory on premises for immediate availability to the local customer base.
• Consistent adherence to minimum purchase order volumes (e.g., 5 units per order) or values (e.g., $3000 per order) at regular intervals (e.g., weekly, fortnightly, monthly).
• Possession of sufficient knowledge about the brand/product being sold to provide comprehensive pre and post-sale support.
